Service Delay Notice

VCC Board Repairs recently completed a major move from Las Vegas to Star, Idaho. We are fully set up and operating again, but the relocation caused a temporary interruption in service.

We currently have a large number of devices in the queue that have been waiting to be worked on, and we have a significant amount of catching up to do before starting new mail-in jobs.

Responses to messages may be slower than usual, and current turnaround times are approximately 4 to 8 weeks, possibly longer.

We are still accepting new mail-ins, but only recommend sending your device if you are not in a rush and are comfortable with the extended wait. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
